Since around 13:50 UTC on 2 November, some customers have seen pages fail to load or load slowly, mainly the projects list and individual project pages. The list of past BidBot chats in the sidebar may also appear empty.
Your data is safe. No projects, answers or conversations have been lost. Past chats are stored as normal; the sidebar just isn’t listing them yet.
What’s happening: an update released today put extra load on part of our platform. That load is causing some requests to time out, and it delayed a step that rebuilds the chat history list.
What we’re doing: we’re reducing the load on the affected system. Then we’ll restore the chat history list for every account.
What you can do: if a page doesn’t load, refreshing it usually works. You can keep starting new chats with BidBot as normal.
We’ll post the next update when the chat history is restored, or within an hour, whichever comes first.
